The family room had two double or queen beds, and towels were supplied. The bathroom was very basic, but the hot water worked and the toilet flushed. There was no toilet paper. I liked the value and the location, only a few meters from Bui Vien. Even with the party strip nearby, the guesthouse sits down an alley and I wasn't bothered by the noise. Arriving around 1-2am, I found the front door shutters closed and had to ring the bell. If you can't spot it, ask someone nearby.

We had a good time riding around HCMC on a motorbike we rented for 130k dong each. The room setup was two single beds and one double, for three people at $18 USD per day, or $6 each. We had pillows, blankets, towels, two ceiling fans, and air conditioning. The bathroom had hot water and a pressure pump, with a water container provided for washing.
