La Siesta Premium Lakeside

The room had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the pillow menu. I'm particular about pillows, so being able to choose one made a real difference to my sleep. The hotel's own list of sights, restaurants, and local experiences was also useful for making the most of our short time in Hanoi. The service stayed warm right through departure. While we waited for our airport ride, the receptionist invited us to sit comfortably and offered drinks. From the first welcome to the last moments, the team made us feel cared for. We arrived after a long journey to cold towels and drinks, and staff took our luggage so we could settle in easily. Dac greeted us on our first day. He was friendly and professional, and took time to recommend local places to eat and visit. We tried some of his suggestions and really enjoyed them. At breakfast, Louis kept smiling and helping guests even when the room was very busy. Everyone we met was polite, attentive, and eager to help. La Siesta Premium Lakeside was a wonderful stay from arrival to departure. We'd gladly return and recommend it to others.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a real highlight. We had a set tasting menu that was delicious, on the level of a gourmet restaurant, and our waitress Tian was friendly and professional. Hang at the front desk was also incredibly accommodating and kind, and booking airport transport through the hotel was easy. We were upgraded to a beautiful, luxurious executive suite. The hotel and room were clean, elegant, and fitted with high-end amenities. In June, despite the heat outside, the temperature throughout the hotel was comfortable without air conditioning blowing on us. La Siesta Premium Lakeside Hotel is in a convenient spot in central Ha Noi, close to shops, promenades, and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The spa booking worked out, and the hot stone massage and hair wash were heavenly. I left feeling pampered and completely relaxed. We also loved sitting on the hotel's veranda in the afternoons, having cold beers and catching up with friends. Hang Pham looked after us so well. She checked that we were comfortable and even sent a personal list of places to explore around the city. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of dishes and juices to choose from. Our room at La Siesta Premium Lakeside was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The bathroom was a dream, with a deep bath, magnesium salts, and loofahs for a soak, plus a Dyson hairdryer that made getting ready easier. We felt comfortable and well cared for the whole time. We'd come back without hesitation. Thanks for going above and beyond.

The breakfast had a good range of options, including familiar international food. I only stayed one night and wished I'd had longer. La Siesta Premium Lakeside is in a great spot in Hanoi, on a lively street beside Hoan Kiem Lake, with locals and tourists all around. There’s a Uniqlo and 7 Eleven right across from the entrance. I'll stay here next time I'm in Hanoi.
