We stayed on a Saturday in November. The apartments offer good value, and ours was spacious and comfortable. Customer service was great too. There was some wear and tear in the room, and the restaurants along the strip meant drunk people were talking loudly late into the night. Light sleepers should bring earplugs. We’d stay again when passing through Hanoi.

The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning service was excellent. The room was spacious and fully furnished, with a balcony overlooking the lake. A great room for the price, in a good location. Highly recommend it if you want to stay in Hanoi.

The studio apartment was very large, clean, and well maintained, and I was impressed by both the room size and the service. The location is superb, with a view of a small part of Union Park. It’s well connected to the old town, and the nearby restaurants are very clean and, more importantly, busy. I’d recommend this place to anyone on a medium budget.

The staff were great, and the place was clean and well equipped. I was impressed overall, though building noise started around 6:30 am most days. I didn’t find it too bad.

One of the best places I’ve stayed. I’d definitely come back.
