Era Cozy Apartment

I've stayed here before and came back, but each visit has been awful. They charged extra for checking in an hour early, and the room was dirty, with no toilet paper or even a bottle of water. After checkout I realized I'd left some brand-new items, still in their packaging. When I called, the hotel said they didn't have them. That makes no sense. If they wanted to keep them, they could have just said so. They're greedy and irresponsible toward customers.

Run from this place unless cockroaches, thick layers of dust, and stained towels and sheets are fine with you. The staff and management were rude too.

Era place? What a joke. I checked in at 10:30 PM on 7/28/2025, and there was nobody there. I called the hotel's number again and again, and each time they said there was no reservation on record, even though the room had been paid for in full. I can't complain enough about Era. What kind of man does this?

I was supposed to stay five nights but arrived a day late because I'd made a mistake when booking my flights. The man at reception reduced the price by one night, from VND 1,670,400 to about VND 1,336,000. After my first night I asked for a refund because I wasn't going to stay, and they returned about VND 650,000, saying I had "breached contract" and they could refund the remaining three days. The receptionist was polite and respectful throughout. The room was filthy. There were stains on every wall, mold in the corners, dusty kitchen equipment, and dirty floors. After walking barefoot briefly, the soles of my feet got dirty. The bedding and mattress had stains too, and the old spring mattress badly needs replacing. I could feel every spring while trying to sleep. Two small cockroaches greeted me when I entered, and many more appeared during my one-night stay. The shower had low pressure and went from lukewarm to chilly. The building may be recent, but it looks cheaply built and poorly maintained. The thin walls let through lots of noise. I heard the elevator every time it stopped on my floor and on the floors above and below. Street noise and nearby construction were loud too.
