I had a terrible experience here. The place and the service were so bad that I would've given it zero stars if that had been an option.

The staff were very friendly, even though their English was generally limited. Having a bank right next door made exchanging money convenient. The location is handy for tourist spots and the subway, but the new line being built nearby brings a lot of noise. Bright lights from the construction site also disturbed my sleep. So, the location is both a plus and a minus.

Getting to the guesthouse can be awkward. Cat Linh road is being dug up for the subway line from house number 25 onward, and the narrow entrance gets dirty and even harder to use when it rains.

The accommodation was comfortable and the service was good. There were no clothes hangers in our bathroom, though. The guesthouse staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful.
