Nice Hotel was a great-value place for our family and kids, and we were very happy with our stay. It's a small family-run hotel with caring, kind people and a warm feel where you can tell guests matter. Getting around was easy, with cafes, shops, and transport nearby, and the main attractions were easy to reach. The rooms were spacious, recently renovated, and furnished well. Everything was spotless, from the fresh linens and soft towels to the daily housekeeping. The staff were always smiling and glad to help, including with ideas for places to see and eat. For the affordable price, the quality was excellent. It's hard to find a better option in Hanoi at this budget, especially for families with children or anyone who wants comfort and coziness without spending too much. We'll definitely return!

We booked a stay but left because the floors and surfaces looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. There were used cotton buds, cigarette bits, and rubbish everywhere, and the sheets were stained. For the price, it was terrible. We moved to Me Ly Hotel not far up the road, where a similar price got us a perfect stay.

We've stayed at Nice Hotel twice. It's in a good location, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you're after somewhere more affordable, give it a look!
