Prices are high and the service is terrible. Management is irresponsible. I’d advise staying away.

The water situation is still ongoing. After Typhoon Bualoi, the basement flooded again, and power and water were out for three days. As of October 4th, 2025, the supply is still intermittent and there’s no hot water. Residents still haven’t received compensation. This low-lying area floods deeply. Even one rainstorm can leave residents’ cars submerged and badly damaged, with no compensation. It has happened repeatedly, and there’s no real solution. They put up a flimsy barrier for show, but water still gets through and causes damage. The electrical system is underground, so each flood means car repair bills and at least two nights in another hotel while power and running water are restored. There’s also the electricity billing. Bills keep rising, peaking in October 2025 when the meter was replaced without the old reading being recorded. The court calculates the usage as 427 kWh, though the house couldn’t have used that much, especially compared with 200 kWh the previous month when there was no outage. It feels like fraud, and the court management is irresponsible. These are only the problems I can see, and the ordeal continues. Everyone should stay away.

The building’s owner was incompetent, and the manager kept changing their position. They promised compensation the following month, then replaced the manager, leaving everyone to pass the blame and nobody taking responsibility. Service fees were expensive, and there was no security for vehicles, so theft and other problems occurred. Rain caused flooding, followed by power and water outages that lasted a whole week. There was no compensation or solution, even though this was the only building in the area with flooding and utility outages. My experience renting here was awful. Avoid the place before it’s too late.

During rainy season the basement floods, and they haven’t found a solution. Rooms leak too, but months of complaints haven’t led to any action. Power and water outages keep forcing residents to relocate. The building is rented by the month, but the business is very disorganized.
