Le Premier Hotel & Rooftop Bar

Our corner room had a balcony and was nice, though I would’ve liked a little more water. The cleaners were somewhat noisy in the morning. The bar was good, and I had a good massage at the spa. At check-in, I was given a voucher for a discount on the massage. The location is great for the Old Quarter, and the staff were kind, helpful, and very friendly. I’d arranged an airport transfer, and the driver was there when I arrived, though I had to contact the hotel to find him at first. The price was reasonable.

The rooftop bar is a real treat, with delicious food and cocktails and what I thought was the best view in town. They’ll even make a special drink if you ask. I also loved the spa, especially the two-hour massage. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the service there was top notch. The hotel is beautiful and sits right in the Old Quarter, within walking distance of restaurants, the lake, museums, shops, and the French Quarter. The staff were wonderful and helped us get the most out of our stay. I highly recommend Le Premier Hotel for a visit to Hanoi.

They arranged a room for us at half price until 5pm because we had a late flight, and it was no trouble at all. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and we enjoyed the dinners and drinks with nice views. The location was convenient for the lake and most attractions. I also want to commend the staff. They were the friendliest and most welcoming we’ve ever encountered. Thanks for making our last stop in Vietnam such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely come back.

Lilly made the whole trip feel easy. Our travel consultant arranged airport pickup, our hotel stay, private transfers to Ha Long Bay, the cruise, and the return to the airport. She handled every request and even organized a lovely birthday surprise for my husband both in our room and on the cruise. We were traveling with our kids and wanted a cozy, comfortable place in the Old Quarter, and Le Premier Hotel & Rooftop Bar suited us well. It’s a boutique but modern hotel, with everything close by, which made it easy to explore the city as a family.
