The rooms were easily the best in the city, and the air conditioning was great. I loved the staff too. Thanks sooooooooooo much for being kind and helping me throughout my stay, Gavin and Kang!! We stayed at little charm a few times while passing through Hanoi, and the service was amazing every time. Kang went out of his way to help and shared lots of good local recommendations. The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms are clean. I hope I can come back.

The Ha Giang tour was fantastic. There were just four of us, and we bonded fast, with a real family-like feeling in the group. Our drivers were top-notch, drove carefully, and put our safety first. I'd highly recommend booking with them if you want a more personal experience.

The staff were the best part for me. They kindly answered all my questions and helped book both a Ha Giang Loop tour with a jeep and a sleeper bus to Hoi An. They even gave me a late checkout on my last day at no extra cost. The hostel is right in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of the French Quarter. The dorms were clean, with comfortable beds and handy power outlets and storage beside each one.
