Lucky 3

The top floor was a relaxing spot, and breakfast was available. We only stayed about one night at Lucky Tree Hotel, but the place was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, with a warm feel to it. The reception team were welcoming and professional. They let us leave our bags safely, then arranged an early taxi for my wife to get to the airport. We appreciated the care and service, and I'd gladly stay again.

I stayed at Lucky 3 Hotel from March 6, 2026, through March 11, 2026. On March 10, the hotel's hairdryer exploded and burned the palm of my hand. I told the front desk and asked for medical help. They gave me a small bottle of aloe Vera gel, but offered no further assistance, and a staff member threw the hairdryer in the trash. I had to get medical care on my own for a first- or second-degree burn. The hotel staff failed.

Sophie made our trip much easier. She arranged transport to and from Sa Pa, helped us book an overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay, and even helped with tickets after we'd checked out. The hotel is well placed for exploring Hanoi, with the Old Quarter restaurants, Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Night Markets all within walking distance. Service was great and the price was affordable. The beds are a bit firm, though.

Reception were absolutely fantastic and really helpful. The location in the Old Quarter is great, though breakfast wasn't as good as nearby options you can get for a price. The bed was very hard, and the air con was too cold. I didn't realize reception could have adjusted it.
