We had a VIP room with a decent amount of space and a large balcony, and the hotel is in a very good location. Staff were friendly and handled our issues quickly and effectively. The room itself needs a thorough clean, though, with dust everywhere. The aircon smells as if its filter hasn't been cleaned in ages, the bath leaks across the floor, and traffic noise comes through clearly.
A fair price for the room and location. The hotel is clean and well situated, and the staff are helpful. The owners are attentive too. I'd recommend it.
The room was lovely, and we upgraded to one with a balcony. Facilities were very good, and the location worked perfectly for us. We arrived early after a long journey, and the team greeted us warmly and kindly let us check in ahead of time. They were the first Vietnamese people we'd spoken with since landing, and such a lovely welcome to the country. Thank you, and we've recommended the hotel to our friends.
I've stayed here twice now. The rooms are spacious, and when I accidentally left my shower things behind, they kept them for me. It's a great place for the price, right beside the Old Quarter.
This was my second stay at LUCKY CENTRAL, and the people welcoming us were wonderful: helpful, friendly, and fluent in English. The location is amazing, surrounded by everything you might need and very close to the Lake and Turtle Island statue. Wonderful!
