We arrived at the hotel yesterday evening and asked about the price for one night. The woman at reception told us 300.000vnd, which we paid before staying. When we went to check out early this morning, a different man was at the desk. He said she had quoted the wrong price and demanded another 100.000 from us. When we explained that we'd already paid, he kept insisting we pay more. He didn't apologize or say there'd been a mistake. He shouted until my wife paid, and she ended up crying. It spoiled half the day for us. Be careful, it felt like the hotel was trying to cheat customers.

I've stayed three times, and it's always been clean and quiet. Great for the price.
