The staff were very kind, and our room was spacious and clean. A really good hotel, and I'd absolutely recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Hanoi.

I ended up here after the other nearby accommodation wasn't good, and I'm glad I did. The service was very good, the room was spacious and clean, and they upgraded me at check-in. It was cleaned daily, though laundry was outsourced. The location was calm, with key attractions about 5-20 minutes away on foot. There's a very popular Pho restaurant right next door that gets crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, and it's a must-visit. Breakfast was pretty good too. Trung and May both did a great job looking after me. Thanks, guys.

We had a quiet couple of days here. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable, and the hotel is quiet. Reception stays open 24/7. Vito/Duc was especially kind and readily handled our requests. Breakfast was good too; just ask the server politely if you'd like an omelette or scrambled eggs. It's close to a pedestrian-zone-like area on the small island by Pho Cuon Huong Mai. There are lots of places to eat, and the scenic cocktail bar langthang is worth trying. The Old Quarter isn't far, so it's easy to explore on foot.

Breakfast had a huge range of fresh, tasty dishes, and the reception team deserves a special mention. Mr. Trung was attentive throughout and made me feel at home with his support and careful service. Danchi and Ly at the front desk made me feel welcome and valued. Ly was patient and kind whenever I had a question, while Danchi kept an eye on things and made sure my stay went smoothly. Both were warm, professional, and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay, with great service from the moment I arrived.
