The room turned out to be decent for a fair price, and the online staff were very helpful. I had been thinking about extending my stay, but now I'm too scared to. The trouble came when we tried to go out for a late meal. We were told to shut the door when we came back and call the staff at the property to let us in. That seemed strange, but when we returned, we could hear people inside and the parking attendant still refused to open the door. One of us had to stand there playing games before they finally let us in, yelling at us the whole time. They said things like, “I'm not here to look after your hotel, don't do this and that, you think I'm blabla,” and there were two of them ganging up on us. I was so shocked I didn't even think to record it. If you're staying here, avoid going out for a late-night meal.

Getting into the room was a mess: there was no reception, the manager was unreliable, and when I phoned to ask where the room was, they couldn't remember and had no idea. I had to find it and go upstairs myself. The place was also hard to locate, and even locals didn't know it. I'd booked through Agoda, where the pictures showed a bright, clean, attractive hotel. What I found was an ugly, dirty room with dim lighting and hair all over the floor. Security felt poor too. At 5 am, someone opened the door and walked in. The toilet flushed on its own. The room itself was okay in some ways, but the lack of management was unacceptable, with people coming and going freely. A terrifying night.

It was hard to find the place, and the room was filthy, damp, and moldy. Nobody had cleaned it. I got itchy while I was trying to sleep. Disgusting.

I felt like I'd been scammed when I arrived. There's no reception or manager to meet guests, only phone communication, and the whole setup felt secretive. I'm worried my personal information may have been compromised after booking. Terrible.
