The stay was smooth and pleasant, with neat, clean, comfortable rooms. Thio at reception deserves a special mention. The room was clean and the price affordable for the service, and there are free laundry facilities and a swimming pool too. Staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with requests. Some travelers may think the location is inconvenient, but it's only about 10 minutes to the old quarter. I'd suggest renting a scooter in Hanoi, and reception can help arrange one. Best hotel in Hanoi!

I was very satisfied after a week here and would happily stay again. It's clean and well maintained, and close to the city center, so you're near the action without being right in the busiest part. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when busy. Andy made things especially easy for me, helping secure several reservations, including at popular restaurants. Nothing felt like too much trouble. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed in the upper middle class room on the 7th floor, and it was really nice, spacious, and comfortable. The place has a lot to offer, including a small pool, kitchen, gym, and hangout spaces, while still taking good care of my privacy. A brilliant place among a lot of mediocre hotels. I'll definitely come again.
