The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh fruit and a choice of ten different items. The location felt a bit inconvenient at night, which was the one downside. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Linda was always welcoming and had plenty of useful recommendations. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is in the northern part of the Old Quarter, close to most of the main sights. I'd recommend staying here.

Dixon and Vyvian were especially lovely, and their help made this stay. Dixon's food and drink suggestions were always good picks, and the local advice was spot on. The service felt like that of a five-star hotel, with the team happy to help with anything. Housekeeping was excellent, and the bathrooms were huge. The hotel sits down a small alley, which gives you a break from Hanoi's busy streets while keeping the Old Quarter nearby when you want to head out. Such a great find and good value. I've saved it as a favorite and will definitely come back.

The rooms could use better soundproofing. At times we heard noise from the corridor, and since the hotel is down an alley there isn't a street view, which can feel a little enclosed. Grab cars also can't pull up to the entrance, so you have to walk to the main road. Still, that layout is common for Old Quarter properties. It's a comfortable place in a great spot for exploring Hanoi on foot, with the major attractions within walking distance. Staff were polite and helpful, and having a lift was convenient. Breakfast choices are limited, but what they serve tastes good. Better soundproofing would make the stay feel like a five-star experience.
