Melia Ba Vi Mountain Retreat

The staff are what made our visit memorable, especially Mr Hoang Dat. I wasn’t feeling well one day, and I could message him directly through WatsApp. He arranged to have breakfast brought to my room and suggested what might suit me better. We’re very grateful for his kindness and effort. The resort itself is beautiful, with a peaceful, idyllic feel. The pool and several other areas sit among the elegant ruins of former French villas. We enjoyed the à la carte dinner, and the breakfast buffet was rich and elegant, with just about anything you could want. From the moment we arrived, the whole team was friendly, attentive, and willing to help. We had a wonderful stay at Melia Ba Vi Resort and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The rooms are lovely, the pool is gorgeous, and the whole setting feels magical. But it was the staff at Melia BaVi who made everything feel perfect. They were exceptional, and Lan Anh made breakfast special for us every day. Thanks to everyone, we’ll be back 😊

The suite was spacious, elegant, and blended beautifully with the natural surroundings. It was a lovely place to relax in the peaceful atmosphere of Ba Vi. The meals were delicious and high quality, and the setting and calm, luxurious feel made the stay unforgettable. Above all, the team looked after us with real thought and personal attention. Mr. Tuan Doan, Linh, and Thuong from reception went out of their way to make things just right. Mr. Minh, who’s new to the reception team, also took great care of us, especially with our spa booking. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and guest satisfaction clearly matters to the staff. This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. We’re already looking forward to returning, and highly recommend the Melia Ba Vi Mountain Retreat.

We loved staying at the hotel in Ba Vi National Park. Being tucked away there made us feel surrounded by nature, and the room was lovely. The staff were helpful and supportive too. One unexpected part of the stay: my partner got bitten by a leech as soon as we entered the room, and the next day we found another one in the bathroom. I was really freaked out, though he wasn’t at all 😹😭😊😊. If you’re planning to stay, bring insect spray. Thang and Karl, thank you all so much for a great stay. Happy Tet - Chúc Mừng Tết Nguyên Đán.
