The staff were rude, inconsiderate, and impolite. I was billed the full price for 20 minutes in a room where the TV and AC were missing and the lights weren't working properly. They also charged more than the listed price. It felt like a scam. I didn't call the police only because it was late at night.

The hotel was ugly and awful, and the staff were just as bad, from reception to the parking attendant. Nobody even managed a smile. The first room had a broken air conditioner, but we stayed anyway. When we asked for a different room the next day, its AC blew air but didn't cool at all. At checkout, they didn't apologize and said it was our fault or that we were unlucky. Never again.

The spacious feel and lovely look of the hotel were great, but the love seat was my favorite part. It made the stay feel fun and comfortable :D. Couples should give it a try and see for themselves.
