The location made it easy to reach nearby attractions on foot, and it was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I enjoyed relaxing there as well as exploring. The staff were attentive throughout, and housekeeping kept the room spotless without getting in the way. The room was modern, comfortable, and had a lovely window view. The bed was especially comfortable, and the amenities made the stay nicer. At Mina Hotel & Spa, check-in went smoothly, and the welcoming staff shared useful local recommendations. The restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food and excellent service. Breakfast was fresh and varied each morning. I appreciated the thoughtful hospitality and would happily stay again. Many thanks to James, Emily, Tony, Emma, Layla, Sarah for making my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Four stars feels right to me. Mina Hotel and Spa is comfortable, clean, and affordable, and the room photos are fairly accurate. The staff were helpful, lent out umbrellas, and got my laundry done fairly quickly and cheaply. You can tell they’re trying their best, and the hotel is great for the price. I think five stars should mean “exceptional.” I felt encouraged to leave a five-star review, and while I understand this seems common practice in Vietnam, I disagree with it because it makes reviews meaningless. The staff deserve praise, but I don’t think guests need to be persuaded to review the hotel this way. Four stars is a good rating.

The location works well for nightlife, and there’s a circle shop right next door. The rooftop bar is a nice spot for a quiet drink at night, with friendly hosts. The staff were amazing and always willing to go the extra mile. Emma in the dining room was fantastic, always smiling and happy to help. Highly recommend.

Mina is at the end of beer st, which was great for watching AFL abroad. There’s also a circle K next door for snacks and water, and my kids loved the buffet breakfast and skybar views. The lake and must-see sights are a short walk away. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and we felt comfortable here. The beds and pillows were especially comfy, and the rooms had great air conditioning and showers. Highly recommend this well located hotel.

Sara at reception made our stay much easier. She arranged VIP taxi services and guided tours, and on checkout day offered a late checkout and let us store our luggage while we went away for a 2-3 day retreat to Sapa. Her attentiveness and hospitality made a real difference. The manager, Tony, checked several times to see if we were all right and upgraded our room to one with a better view. Mina Spa Hotels is very clean and centrally located, right by Hanoi’s party street, but its entrance is quiet and private. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and the service and location made it excellent value. I spent a few days here and had a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back.
