Minerva Aparthotel Hanoi

We were very happy with the helpful, friendly staff, and the price seemed reasonable for the area. They also arranged our Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh tours, which we were pleased with. The serviced aparthotel is spacious and in the heart of the Old Quarter, near Train street, so it’s easy to get around on foot and works well for families or bigger groups. A washing machine and cooking utensils are provided too. On weekends, people having coffee can make some noise, but they don’t stay late, so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Nam’s hospitality was a highlight from check-in to check-out. His warm greetings and cheerful presence made our trip, and he went out of his way to print our return boarding passes and arrange last-minute trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay at discounted rates. He also shared local food suggestions with restaurant names and addresses, then connected us with a cafe where we each got an egg coffee on the house as Minerva guests sent by Nam. The location worked beautifully for us, within walking distance of both the Old Quarter and the French Quarter, with a quiet escape from the main roads and lots of dining choices just 5-to-10 minutes away. Our spacious, clean, comfortable room had everything we needed for a stay of any length: fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, cookware, dishes, utensils, a dish rack, and dish soap. I also appreciated the bedroom desk and large closet with plenty of hangers. They brought each guest a complimentary bottle of water every day. We feel very lucky to have found Minerva Aparthotel, and are especially grateful to Nam for making the stay so smooth and memorable.

The weather was lovely during my two-night stay, which made the trip even better. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. Check-in was quick, and the location was convenient. I had a pretty good experience and would stay here again if I return to the area.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It’s spacious, fresh, and new, and actually looks even better than the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent, with housekeeping every day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and clearly cared about guests’ comfort. The charming red ribbons on the apartment doors add a welcoming touch. It’s on a quiet side street but still close to plenty of places serving tasty local food. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.
