There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the hotel’s own restaurant is really good. It’s a great option for being close to the main sights while staying in a quieter, less chaotic area. The rooms are nice, service is great, and breakfast in the morning is good too. Sunny was particularly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in Hanoi.

We had a fantastic four-night stay, and the staff were among the best we’ve had at any hotel. They did so much for us, from opening doors to checking that everything was right with our room. Everyone was great, from the reception girls to the night shift guy. Hieu Trang, Lisa, Ly, and Kevin, thanks so much. The customer service was second to none, and we’ll definitely see you again on our next trip to hanoi.

The service during my stay was excellent, and the staff were always willing to help with whatever I needed. They also kindly kept my luggage at the hotel until my train time, even though I was no longer staying there. The email issue still seems unresolved, but the helpful service made a real difference to my trip. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

The team were so sweet and engaged, and we loved staying here. The room was tidy and clean, with a comfy bed. It’s a great base for exploring the Old Quarter, and the street feels lively without getting too noisy. Would recommend!

Great value for the money, and the location in Hanoi is great. Our reservation had gone missing, but Ly Ly found us a room at the last minute. Lisa helped us again the next day. We’d stay here again. 🙂
