A good place to stay, with a reasonable rate, around VND 600k.

I don't like this place.

I paid 400k VND for the overnight room, but the bed and sheets were filthy, with some kind of yellow liquid on them. The sofa was dirty too. I moved to another room and found dirty sheets there as well. Under them, the mattress had black and yellow stains all over it. It was too dirty to stay, so I rented somewhere else. The receptionist charged me 180k VND for going five minutes over the hourly limit, even though those five minutes were spent waiting for a room change.
