The air conditioner was noisy and didn't cool the room, and there were insects on the table and sheets. They couldn't provide hot baths either. Just terrible.

An unpleasant smell came from the air conditioning unit, and it made the room uncomfortable. The unit also kept making noise through the night, disturbing the quiet and making it very hard for me to sleep properly.

We chose this place because it was more convenient for getting to production outside the city. It’s a long way from the center and from European cafes. The rooms are large, with a bathroom, coffee, tea, and water, and the staff clean the property daily and change the towels. Everyone was friendly. The rooms are often smoky, and even some floors smell of tobacco. Breakfast gets repetitive. They served Russian salad, but it didn’t have the proper ingredients: it should have boiled potatoes and carrots, pickles, boiled eggs, boiled sausage or chicken, and canned green peas.

The room lacked water and towels, and the air conditioner was loud enough to keep me from sleeping. Check-in took a long time because the front desk was chaotic and seemed unable to manage its work. The room itself felt like a broken-down house. I don't understand the four-star rating. It seems there may be no general manager, or they may be incompetent. I’ll never return. People should think carefully before choosing this place.
