Huyen and Thanh were especially helpful, and housekeeping kept the rooms to a high standard with daily cleaning. The rooms are well maintained, and having laundry facilities was practical during my stay. The location worked well for exploring Hanoi, and staff were consistently helpful. Their restaurant tips took me to some authentic Vietnamese places worth visiting. Renting a motorcycle was straightforward and reasonably priced, so I could get around independently. A good option for solo travelers or couples.

You do need a grab to reach the tourist center, but this is a more local neighborhood with restaurants and a market selling fresh fruit. The apartment was very clean, and they provided free water. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very good hotel for visiting Hanoi, highly recommended. Thank you.

The staff were all really kind and friendly, especially the young woman on staff. The apartment was new and clean, and it was an honor to be the first person to stay in this really nice place. I recommend it to travelers and think you'll be satisfied. I'll come again on my next visit to Vietnam.

Huyen at reception was always smiling, listened proactively, and quickly helped me with what I needed in the area. I first went to the wrong address, and one of the staff took me by bike to the right building. There are two buildings under the same owner. The studio is spacious, modern, clean, and well equipped. The big bathroom and bathtub are a plus, and there are lots of cool shops and good food nearby. You can ask Huyen for a good local restaurant. The friendly, supportive staff made me wish I could stay longer in Hanoi. Highly recommended!
