The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt like a little urban oasis; the location was central but peaceful. What stood out most was how the staff handled every request with a relaxed, attentive manner and a smile. From arrival, the front desk made us feel welcome, and the manager even helped my mother from the room to the lobby so she could catch her taxi. It felt more like coming home to friends than staying at a hotel. 10/10, we'd absolutely return. Thanks, TK Hotel team, for such a memorable stay!

The room was lovely for a reasonable price, and had the most splendid view. Everything was clean and tidy. It was close enough to the beach and right in the middle of a small shopping area, which was really convenient.

I really liked this hotel and the manager Ha 😊 The view is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the lobby is a great place to enjoy the sea view, get some work done, or spend the evening with lovely people. The rooms are cleaned and the bed sheets changed once every four days. If you're looking for a clean, new hotel in NhaTrang, take a look at this one. Thanks for the attention and good attitude 🙏🏻😊

What stood out most was how the staff stepped in when our travel plans were disrupted by a cancellation. They were busy, but still helped us with something beyond what hotel staff should have to handle. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable, and you can walk to the beach and Hon Chong.

The rooms are cramped, and the floor wasn't cleaned properly. If your booking includes breakfast, be prepared for rude kitchen staff and questions that felt out of line. They also wouldn't let me choose what to eat. I would have much rather saved the money and eaten out, where there's more choice.
