Boss Hotel Nha Trang

I won’t be coming back after how the hotel handled our transport. I asked twice for a car for my family, and both times we waited an hour. When I checked, staff said they’d booked one but there were no cars available. That threw off our plans and left us scrambling to book at the last minute, which was stressful. When I arranged a car myself, there were plenty available and no delay. If the hotel can’t provide a service, they should tell guests beforehand so we can make other plans. The room service was average, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out. The poor service overall was disappointing.

The hotel is close to everything, and the staff were polite and nice when we arrived. But sleep was hard: thin curtains let the light in as soon as dawn came, and cleaners talked loudly from around 7am. We’d booked a week and left after three nights.

The night noise was awful, with drunk people coming in at 5am and tourists shouting in the hall by 7am. There’s no sound insulation, and the elevators are slow, tiny and crowded, so getting out can take minutes. Our room had bathroom hair and no window. We called twice for towels and nobody came, so we went to reception ourselves and got pool towels. The AC barely worked for hours, then suddenly made the whole room freezing. The soap and shampoo were tiny, barely enough for one person and one shower. Staff say water, coffee and tea are free, but they charge you for them at checkout. Go to another nearby hotel.

The location is handy, about 300 meters from Nha Night Market and Nha Trang Beach, and the check-in and checkout were quick. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had an okay range, and everything I tried tasted very good. Some gym equipment didn’t work properly. The rooftop open-air pool is fine if you’re not too demanding. Good value for a centrally located hotel.
