The location is excellent, with Lotte Mart, local markets, and restaurants nearby. The staff contact you after you book the service apartment, and once you've checked in, they're available around the clock for questions about your Hanoi stay. Amenities and bottled water are provided as much as you need. No other hotel or service apartment can beat the hospitality. I'll definitely come again if I go to Hanoi.

We liked this calmer, non-touristy spot enough to extend our Hanoi trip by a few days. It's good for a relaxed or longer stay when you need a break from the city's noisy streets, with a few nice cafés nearby. Our room was cozy, bright, and spacious, with big windows and a lovely view from the 8th floor. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and responsive.

It really felt like home here. I cooked almost every day in the kitchen and loved having a fridge and laundry machine. The friendly staff made the stay even better.

Everything was absolutely clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a cooker, washing machine, dryers, and TV. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Bùi Thanh Tâm. She helped in lots of ways and even went the extra mile after her shift. We had a great stay, absolutely recommended!

Grab can get you anywhere in the city in 15 minutes, and the apartment is in a quiet area. There are lots of higher priced restaurants nearby, though none were particularly good. We really liked our top floor place, with loads of windows looking over western Hanoi and Lotte tower. Watching Netflix with the night views felt atmospheric and luxurious, and the service was really friendly. A few things kept it from being five stars for me: the shower's hot water ran out very quickly, barely enough for a basic shower, and the toilet seat was only attached by one hinge. There could also be some really loud noises during the night. Overall, a really nice stay.
