The stay was comfortable for the three days, and the staff were nice. My only disappointment came at breakfast on the last day: the omelette station had no onion or cheese. I didn't expect that at a 4-star hotel, and hope management improves it.
8/10
The rooms were big and the toilets were great, with good service at the hotel. Getting to the old quarters takes a Grab since it's 2km away. Breakfast was so and so, not great.
10/10
The food was very good, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful the whole time. My room at Nesta Hotel Hanoi was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient for exploring Hanoi, too. A really pleasant stay, I'd happily give it 5 stars.
10/10
Breakfast had lots of fresh food choices and was really good. The rooms are spacious, though they need some maintenance to keep them fresh. The hotel is just a few blocks from Hanoi's famous street train, and is a great option for staying in the city.
10/10
The bellman, housekeeper, and receptionist all provided good service during our amazing two-night stay. I'd definitely come back here if I'm in Hanoi again.
