I'm angry and disappointed. They went into my room during the day without asking or telling us. We realized someone had been in there when we found unlit cigarettes on the toilet and things that weren't ours. When we asked, they said they'd come in to "make some repairs," but couldn't explain what they'd been doing. A bag of our belongings was taken, and we never got it back.

The location is good and the price is competitive. But the cigarette smell in the room really brought down my rating.

It's really quiet and cool here, and the rooms are clean. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back and rent a room here again.
