The rooms are large, but they were very dirty. I found a hair stain in the bathtub. Cleanliness was zero for us. The hotel is decent, but the night reception service was the worst part. We arrived at 10 pm and HUY seemed unsure of himself and didn’t understand English. When we came back at 10:30 on the second night, nobody was at reception and our group had to wait. I scolded HUY, and he said he was the only one on night service. How can a hotel this big have just one person working? Pathetic. I’d never stay here again.

Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, and the location was great. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed, while the staff were friendly and very professional. I had a wonderful stay with excellent service, and I’ll definitely come back.

The room felt old, and the reception was painfully slow. At 1 AM I called down and nobody answered. When I went to the lobby, the receptionist was sitting there doing nothing. I kept wondering if he really hadn't heard the phone ring. For a local four-star hotel, this felt more like three stars, and the location by the SPX logistic area doesn't feel luxurious at all.
