One tip for finding the hotel in Grab: search for "Little Hanoi DX Hotel" and check that the address is 1 Yen Thai. There's another possible fake listing, "Little Hanoi DX2 Hotel," that appears to misrepresent itself as this place.

The map from the hotel was especially useful, with detailed notes on where to go, what to expect, and tips that made exploring Hanoi easier and more fun. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. We were near restaurants and shops, and it was easy to get to the tourist spots. The staff were friendly and accommodating. On our last day we had an early flight, so they packed us a light breakfast to take to the airport. They made sure we wouldn't miss breakfast, which was such a sweet thing to do. Customer service at its best!

We walked in here after our other hotel couldn't take us early, and the 24-hour reception made that possible. You reach it by walking down a small street, but it felt safe even late at night. The place has two rooms per floor across eight floors, so it seems to have around 12-14 rooms in total. Our four-person room was spacious, with two queen beds, a bathroom, TV, refrigerator, free coffee, hot water, Wi-Fi, a blower, towels, and toothbrushes. There were windows, though the view was just houses. Breakfast is a buffet with an average selection for the price, including coffee, rice, and bread, and they can cook eggs how you like them. The staff were friendly and great. We paid 1,500,000 VND for one day for four people with buffet breakfast, listed as 3,347.12 and 836.78 per person. Good budget option in Hanoi Old Quarters.
