Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture

Alice was fantastic, really informative, and provided great service. The rooms were nice, and it looked like renovations were underway. Breakfast was very good, with a bit of everything, about 8.5/10. The location was convenient for lots of things and the price was great, so I’d stay again and consider it a solid four-star hotel. The WiFi was terrible, though. I was only getting 8 mpbs, and since I needed to work, that was the one reason I didn’t add more nights.

After a 24-hour journey, we were welcomed at Lệ Jardin by Daniel, who spoke English and brought us violet lemonade, salted dried apricots, and warm towels for our hands. He patiently answered all our questions as first-time visitors to Vietnam and shared lots of useful suggestions. He kept checking in over WhatsApp during the stay, helped coordinate laundry and our several check-ins and check-outs around overnight trips to nearby areas, and even brought a honeymoon cake to our room. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot dishes made to order alongside a wide buffet. On early departure mornings they gave us takeaway coffees, which we don’t often see, and offered to prepare breakfast boxes as well. We also had a couples massage at the spa in the nearby sister hotel, L’Amour, which helped us adjust from US time on our first day. We used nearly all the hotel’s services and would come back. The service, quality, and convenient spot near the Old Quarter make it easy to recommend.

Daniel deserves a mention for all the useful sightseeing and logistics tips he gave us. His service was top-notch and much appreciated. The rooms were spacious and quiet, and the shower was probably the best I’ve had in SEA so far. There’s a decent little gym, too. It’s a bit of a walk to old town, but there’s good food nearby and it’s quieter than over there.

The staff made Le Jardin Haute Couture feel well cared for, and they all seemed happy to be there. Sophie deserves a special mention for going out of her way to make my Hanoi stay memorable from the moment I arrived. Her sincere, professional manner exceeded my expectations, especially as I work in hospitality in my home town. Everyone provided top-notch service. My room was cozy, clean, well kept, and just right for what I needed. The breakfast team had everything organized, with a thoughtful selection of food. The hotel is conveniently located, and I’d have been happy to stay longer. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely return if I get the chance. Thanks to all the staff at Le Jardin Haute Couture. I highly recommend this quality, high-end but budget-friendly little boutique hotel.
