The check-in was frustrating: the security guard took over 20 minutes just to manage a photo of my passport. The bathroom was uncomfortably tiny and had a terrible smell that wouldn't go away, and there were several bugs in the room, making the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. I've stayed at other NINE HOUSING properties before and expected similar quality, but this was by far my worst experience with the brand. I wouldn't recommend NINE HOUSING 92 Dao Tan to others.

We had to find another place at 2 a.m. after finding a large cockroach in the bathroom. It was extremely stressful, and the building entrance was visibly dirty too, so I'm not surprised there were cockroaches. I contacted the host right away and they promised a full refund, but I still haven't received any money back. The place is far from hygienic, and I absolutely don't recommend staying here.

A really nice apartment with all the facilities, and the price is reasonable.

I paid a day ahead because I was due to arrive at 5:00 AM the next morning, after booking through Airbnb. The woman said a security guard would be there to meet me, but I waited until 7:00 AM and nobody showed up. I called ten times and got no answer. I was scammed. I've attached a screenshot of the WhatsApp conversation.

The manager was really nice, and most of the place was great. The bathroom let it down a bit: weak water pressure, hot water that came and went, and a toilet that was slightly clogged. Still, it’s a pretty good place and worth trying.
