The room was on the small side, but cozy and fine for me alone. Two people would need a bigger one. I stayed one night and had a good experience, and the lady at the counter in blue was friendly and professional.

The room is small, though otherwise it's pretty clean. The floor might be the exception. They clean the rooms daily, and it feels like a hotel. Internet is good.
There are lots of books about Korea and Vietnam in part of the lobby. I found a lot of useful information there, which was really helpful for me as a Korean visiting Vietnam.
A good fit for business travelers.
Tucked into an alley, the room was quieter than it would be on a noisier street. It was simple but comfortable, and the price seemed reasonable, about 9/10. The staff were friendly, though there weren't many around, as you'd expect in an apartment style place. It's better suited to a longer stay than a typical backpacker hotel.
