The room photos look lovely, but what we got felt very different. I had reserved two double beds and was first given a room with one. After I objected, they moved us to a room with two, but it had no window, was near reception, and its bathroom offered no privacy. Noise from staff went on all night, so sleeping was impossible. When I eventually managed to sleep, we were told to leave at 10:00 AM. I asked for one more hour to pack and was still made to leave. It was Christmas Day, too. And in response to your reply, you're lying, bravo. When hotel staff keep guests awake all night, the least they could do is apologize. I asked for time to pack my bags, not to stay until midnight. I had to leave Hanoi at 1 p.m. My reservation says two large beds. I'll report this to Agoda as well, since you're being litigious. Travelers, stay away!

I wouldn't recommend placing an order here. The way they handled things felt unprofessional and really disappointing. They quoted 750k yesterday, then raised it to 850k the next day, saying it was the Tet holiday rate. I'd placed the order on the 7th, when people across the country were working.

The room was very clean, and I had plenty of space in the view outside. The Wi-Fi worked well for getting work done, and both the service staff and receptionists were friendly. We spent three nights here during a four-day business trip to Hanoi, and the customer care was quite good. I'm heading back to Ho Chi Minh City now, but if I return to Hanoi, I'd stay here again.
