I live in a 40㎡ studio here, and it has a washer-dryer, a latest TOTO bidet toilet seat, an 80L hot water tank, and a large Panasonic TV. The Daikin air conditioner, a world-renowned brand, works perfectly, and there's a ceiling fan that really helps in summer. The shower has plenty of water pressure, and the internet is fast. With around 14 residents in a 7-story building, I never have to wait for the elevator. This is a serviced apartment for both short and long stays. The facilities are state-of-the-art, with top-of-the-line interior equipment. The current owner is the second one; the previous owner, who built the apartment, was extremely wealthy. I highly recommend it.
