It was peaceful and quiet despite being central, with Old Quarter about 15 minutes away and a big shopping mall and supermarket nearby. There were also plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants around. The pool was large and clean, with sunbeds, and the gym was good, though it got extremely hot because there was no air conditioning. Our room was modern and really nice, with a balcony, great wifi, a huge bed, Netflix, microwave, cutlery, fridge, and kettle. Chris at reception was so nice and helped with everything. Room service and cleaning were quick and great. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were kind, supportive, and very nice. I loved the location and the place itself. It may look a little old, but it’s classy and comfortable, with lots of space and a quiet, well-organized feel. I’ll definitely return and stay here whenever I’m in Hanoi.

The city view was stunning, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I slept really well in the incredibly comfortable bed. Tri and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. I’d definitely come back.

The room was big and clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and courteous. It’s a nice spot just beyond the city’s chaos. The furniture looks dated, as other reviews mention, but that’s the style, not old and tacky. Really nice place, highly recommend.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and even stored some of our bags for free for two weeks while we travelled elsewhere in Vietnam. The hotel was clean and spacious, with everything you could want, and the location was great. Perfect Hanoi stay!
