My wallet is missing. It had my ID card and some other documents in it. I contacted your company, and they said my SIM card was blocked. Could you please look into it for me?

The place felt cramped, dirty, and old, with very poor facilities. The Wi-Fi was so laggy I couldn’t use it, and somehow the bedside lamp was brighter than the main light.

The host was upbeat and friendly, and looked after guests with a lot of enthusiasm and care. The place also had all the amenities I needed.
