From check-in through check-out, the staff were quick, polite, and thoughtful, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms at Nam Cường X Hotel are clean, modern, and comfortable, with what guests need for a relaxing stay. The facilities are high quality, and the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant. With its warm hospitality and attention to detail, Nam Cường X Hotel makes visitors feel at home. It’s a favorite choice for many travelers.

The room was quite big, with hot water and good water pressure, and the reception looked fancy. The location was okay, though a bit far from the centre. But the room was dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty, and one of the two beds had a strange bad smell. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The receptionist offered me a discount if I gave him a 10 on TripAdvisor. He didn’t say what review to leave on Google Maps, which might explain why TripAdvisor ratings are higher than the ones here. It’s a good idea to cross-check reviews on Google Maps or other apps, and compare prices too. They can vary a lot, so downloading multiple apps can’t hurt.

The employees were polite, the service was great, and the rooms were nice. I’d definitely recommend it.

I had a very bad experience. I booked through booking.com a few days ahead, but when I arrived they wouldn’t let me check in. The receptionist was unhelpful and barely spoke English. At 10pm he told me to either leave my passport with him or leave. I wouldn’t hand over my passport because of how he behaved, so I had to find somewhere else to stay. I ended up paying for that night at both places.
