There are much better places at the same or a similar price, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, even budget-minded travelers. I've stayed twice in two different rooms, and both the hotel and rooms felt neglected and worn out. Furniture was old or damaged, and there were stains on the sheets, blankets, chairs, and bathroom towels, including blood stains. One room had a strong cigarette smell. The floors were dirty with hair and fluff, while the furniture surfaces were dusty and covered in greasy fingerprints. The staff spoke English only when it suited them.

We only stayed briefly because we had a train that night. The staff weren't very friendly. Also, keep in mind that they don't take credit cards for small charges.

For a short stay, it was fair enough for the price. The location is very central, but the place is basic and only average in cleanliness. I'd say it's okay value for the money, around 3 stars.

It was terribly hot, so I took the kids there to rest for two hours. We paid 600,000 VND, but the facilities were awful. When we left, they asked us to pay 20,000 VND for the two small bottles of water that were supposed to be free. That was really stingy and the whole experience was bad. It was so hot that I went to rest for two hours with the children. The price was 600000 won and the equipment was a mess. They also asked for payment for the two small bottles of water provided when we left. Really mean.
