We were close enough to walk to everything we needed, just beyond the Old Quarter's busy center, so it stayed quiet. At Queen Cafe Hotel the room was roomy and tidy, with a huge comfortable bed, working quiet AC, and a well arranged clean bathroom. The staff were kind and ready to help, especially Henry.

Henry made the stay especially nice, going out of his way to help and being genuinely welcoming. We had let the hotel manager know when we'd arrive, so coming in late wasn't an issue. The room had plenty of space and comfortable beds. Queen Cafe Hotel sits just beyond the hectic center of Ha Noi, with a few charming coffee shops nearby and restaurants, train street, and the weekend night market only a short walk away. I'd happily recommend it.

I moved here after the Old Quarter hotel I was in was too noisy to sleep, and this place was a much better fit. It's near the Old Quarter but away from the crowds and noise. The rooms felt new, were clean, and had everything I needed. Staff were really nice and spoke good English. I was very happy here and would stay again if I return to Hanoi.

Henry, the manager, was friendly and helpful the whole time. The hotel is a good value for a short, budget-conscious visit, and being just outside the busy Old Quarter made it quieter and more relaxing than staying in the middle of it. A modest place, but a solid choice.

The room was clean and felt new, and the location was good for the price. Alec, Henry & Minh Ngoc were all friendly and helpful. Henry was stubborn in a funny way, always cheerful and seeming to enjoy teasing us. We had a great stay at Queen Cafe Hotel and would recommend it.
