The location made getting around easy, with the Old Quarter close by and Hoan Kiem Lake within walking distance. Staff were accommodating, always smiling and greeting us, even pausing what they were doing, and their English was very good. Our room was clean, had hot and cold water and good AC, and there were no unpleasant smells from the lobby to the room. One thing that made us uncomfortable was returning to find the door open and a cleaner inside. We'd forgotten to put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign, but hadn't asked for cleaning either. Nothing was missing, though it was a surprise with our belongings in the room. I'm not sure if that's standard policy, but I'd have expected clear permission first or cleaning only on request. The walls are also thin enough that you can hear people talking or walking outside, which could bother light sleepers. It wasn't a huge deal for us. We still recommend the hotel for the service and location, and hope they improve the housekeeping approach for guests' privacy and comfort.

My husband and I stayed here near Beer street. The room was clean and came with a kettle, bidet, heater, towel, and shower gel. It wasn't noisy, and there is an elevator, though the corridor is a little narrow but manageable. The reception was nice too. We liked our stay, and it's a good place to stay in Hanoi.

The receptionist was so kind and helpful. I came from SaPa and arrived early in the morning; she offered me a shower for 100k vnd and let me rest. I forgot to ask her name. The location is really convenient for tourists, with restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir stores, and other places nearby. If you're staying in Hanoi, especially around the Old Quarter, I recommend this hotel. You can also use their shower or luggage services even if you don't stay there.

The room was surprisingly quiet despite the central location, and we didn't have any real problems during our stay at Queen hotel. I would have liked the bathroom floor, especially where we washed, to be cleaner. I'd recommend it for someone after a decent hostel experience, as long as expectations aren't too high.

We found this place on our second night in Hanoi and stayed put after that. It felt like home. The room was spacious, well equipped, and consistently clean, and the location made it easy to walk to the main attractions. LEO at the front desk was the special part. He greeted us with a smile, helped arrange our excursions, listened carefully to our requests, and was incredibly kind. Highly recommended!
