The location is fantastic, but the room had bugs crawling on me throughout the night, sometimes three at once. They didn't bite, but it was constant. If having bugs all over you sounds unpleasant, I'd consider staying somewhere else.

The massage at Moc Spa in this building was really disappointing. I booked two hours for my back and feet, but they only did an hour and a half and never massaged my back. The massage itself wasn't very good, and they charged way too much. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The place is right in the centre and reasonably priced. The staff were great, and I had a really good time with them. Thanks again, guys, for an awesome stay.

We never stayed here, but the comments about overbooking reminded me of the same thing happening to us at another OYO in Seattle. We'd booked well ahead, then arrived to find we supposedly had no room. Getting our money back took two months, a dozen support channels, and countless complaints. It's disappointing that this chain keeps using such unfair, dishonest practices.

After our return from Ha Gaing loop, we were told to sleep on benches in the shop, with no pillow, blanket, or toilet. Communication was very poor, and nobody made an effort to find us a room.
