I only had one night here because the hotel was sold out, and I wish I could have stayed longer. Kevin and Ella were so helpful, treating me as warmly as if I’d been there for weeks. They arranged a taxi, helped with bus booking, gave tour advice and food recommendations, stored my luggage, and were always happy to answer questions. Five stars don’t do the staff at Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel justice. I hope to stay with them again if I return to Hanoi. Thank you, Kevin and Ella :)

Breakfast was very good, and the location was great. The staff were so helpful and went beyond what I expected. The room, though, felt dirty and was a bit small and outdated.

During the typhoons, the staff helped us re-plan and make the most of the rest of our trip. They even checked on us after we checked out to make sure we’d reached our next destinations okay. They were beyond exceptional.
10/10
The location is extremely convenient, and every person at the hotel was kind and helpful. Ella at the front desk is the sweetest, always ready to help and going above and beyond with requests. The service was so brilliant that I kept comparing the next hotels with this one and feeling disappointed, lol. Also, one of the freshest, tastiest chicken burgers I’ve ever had was at the breakfast table. Please try it. I’d love to come back. ♥️

Breakfast was included in my price, and it was delicious. You can choose from a menu, too. Everyone working here was lovely and went above and beyond to take good care of me. I’ve never felt so looked after at a hotel, and I’d definitely recommend this place.
