PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi

The indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were especially nice in the winter. This was my first visit to Hanoi with my sons, and I chose a Premier 3 Bedroom apartment because I wanted a washing machine. I’m glad we stayed away from the Old Quarter, which is so busy and noisy. At my age, I prefer some peace and quiet, though the rooster did give us a morning call every day. Some senior citizens were playing music loudly while exercising by the lake around 6:30am. Management said they were planning to add another layer of glass to soundproof the room. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

The staff really stood out. They were attentive and even surprised us with a lovely anniversary gift. Our apartment was spotless and cozy, with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. It’s right beside the lake in a peaceful walking area, a welcome break from the Old Quarter noise, and the main sights were still just 10-15 minutes away by Grab. After busy days exploring, relaxing by the pool and Jacuzzi was perfect. We loved our time here and highly recommend it.

The staff at PARKROYAL made things seamless with their attention to detail and personal touch. They helped with local transport and private van arrangements, found us a reliable English-speaking driver, and timed our itinerary well each day. The suites were well appointed, the food was excellent, and the location made it easy to explore. They went above and beyond with every request. A five-star experience from beginning to end, highly recommended for the stay and the travel coordination.

We loved the location on the edge of the West Lake, with lots of cafes and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The path around the lake was a beautiful spot for a run. This is a new, modern hotel, and the staff are a real asset, with fabulous service. The apartments are compact but have enough room for two and everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. We’ll be back, thank you!
