Bavi Hill Villa

I booked through Traveloka in February for April 30th. Just a week before the date, the receptionist called and asked me to cancel, saying they would refund me. Traveloka went completely silent after I complained. I later looked online and found another review describing a similar experience. I’m extremely frustrated by this kind of business practice. For a few dollars, they’ve damaged my reputation. People, avoid these guesthouses and hotels. Don’t let opportunistic businesses keep doing this.

After a customer paid in full through Traveloka, the business called a week later and pressured them to cancel so the whole villa could be rented to someone else for 8 million VND. They didn’t offer a solution on their own. The customer had to call first, then was told to book another room, even though finding somewhere else at the last minute during a holiday is really difficult. This is an awful and dishonest way to treat people. Avoid this place, or they may drop your booking for a higher price.

The entertainment setup was great, with a sound system and singers for our group. The facilities were excellent too, and the pool was clean with a cool, pleasant area around it. Thanks, Bavi Hill. It’s a great spot for families and groups.

We had a great time and will definitely come back. The owners were so friendly and enthusiastic, and our room was clean. The pool was great too. In the evening, there was a stage and sound system for singing and entertainment.
