I had to stay here for work for two weeks because my company booked and paid for it. I wouldn’t choose it again. The walls are so thin that you can hear the people next door, and kids or pets nearby can make it hard to sleep. Breakfast was only bread or Pho, just two choices, and it got boring. I asked for it before 7 each morning so I could get to the office by 8, but they were always late and would knock while I was showering. My room also smelled of smoke from the previous guest, and when I asked for a non-smoking room, no one at reception understood English. Stay at your own risk.

The rooms are large, with big older beds, and service, cleanliness, and room quality all felt like a three out of five. The hotel can get loud at night, so bring earplugs. Calling it LGBT-friendly just because visitors can go to rooms without a security check feels like a risk for both the hosts and other guests. Across the street, I liked the garden and terrace coffee shop, and Cầu Giấy lake park nearby was another favorite. Last stayed in 2020.
