After an unsatisfying stay at another nearby lake-view hotel, I switched to Regal Hotel, and I'm glad I did. I was traveling solo from Switzerland to Vietnam. Regal Hotel cost much less than the previous place, but everything was significantly better. I'll definitely return on my next trip and recommend it to friends.

I spent four nights here and had no complaints. The staff greeted us with smiles, the facilities all worked properly, and the room was cleaned each day.

The restaurants around the lake serve nice meals, and it's pleasant to take a walk by the water afterward. The hotel is near the lake, and you get what you pay for. The room has an old-fashioned layout, a bit like the 80-90s, but the air conditioning, hot water, and fridge all worked fine. The bed was okay too. If you're fussy about spotless cleanliness, though, you might want to avoid it.

It was a pretty decent hotel for four people, with two beds in one room. We were lucky to get a room looking out over the city, and the view was really good.

The housekeeper was especially attentive and dedicated, keeping the room tidy and clean and being ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly, professional manner added a lot to a memorable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, well equipped, and relaxing, and the hotel was wonderful.
