Housekeeping staff member Ms Hai helped make our stay comfortable. She was a very sweet lady, always smiling as she lovingly did her work. She speaks English well and took good care of us during our stay. Thanks again to her for making it pleasant.

The Wi-Fi barely worked, and construction beside the hotel brought loud metal noises throughout the day and night, starting as early as 6 a.m. Getting anywhere on foot was difficult, so we had to use Grab. The hotel itself feels old, likely built in the 1990s and not renovated since. Our apartment was roomy, with large beds, but the worn mattresses were so uncomfortable they gave us back pain. The kitchen had a decent selection of equipment, though the refrigerator made an awful noise. There was a big TV, but only local channels and no Netflix. For apartment guests, basic things like dish soap, a broom, and laundry detergent weren't provided. For a stay of a week or less, guests shouldn't have to buy those themselves. It was expensive compared with other options and uncomfortable for a short stay. I don't recommend it.

The 20m lap pool was great, and we really liked the outdoor area. Breakfast had plenty of choice for us, too. We stayed five nights in a huge two-bedroom apartment with a combined lounge and dining area, a medium-sized kitchen with all the appliances we needed, and a washer and dryer. It was spotless, and the staff were friendly and happy to help with what we needed. The area was very quiet, but nightlife was only 5 to 10 minutes away. At $78 aus per night, we were more than impressed. They also offer airport pickup and drop-off. Highly recommend staying here.

The food was fresh and amazing, and we all got a gift at the end. Alex picked us up from our hotel in the morning, took our group to the market, and showed us how to cook Vietnamese dishes. He was professional, did a great job, and had a great sense of humour. The cooking area was clean and modern. Definitely recommend.
