Royal Hotel Kangnam

The location is great, and I'd return to the neighborhood, but I'd stay elsewhere. I don't understand the hotel's policies or the front desk staff's behavior. The other guy there was rude and slapped my behind a few times earlier. I found it unprofessional and inappropriate, though not that big a deal. The blond guy at the front desk threw a full water bottle at me twice. That's completely unacceptable and actually criminal. I wanted to hit him, but held back and walked away. If I were back in the USA, I would've called the police and filed a complaint. The hotel asked me to leave a review, so here's what I experienced and told them: I was assaulted by the blond guy at the front desk. I'd paid in full on Agoda for the room as described in the app, but the front desk staff kept charging me extra. I paid the first couple of times, even though it felt unfair, because I didn't want to make a big deal over about $20. At checkout, I refused the third charge and was assaulted. I should write a one-star review, and now I am, though I don't usually do that. He should be fired immediately or at least reprimanded.
